Tomorrow the justices hear oral arguments in the two cases that raise that question, Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp. v. Sebelius. But already some on the left think they've caught Justice Antonin Scalia in a contradiction. They haven't."
